Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Matthew Karminski

Dr. Matt Karminski is the Chiropractic Physician for LifeClinic within Lifetime Athletic in Ardmore, PA. Dr. Matt graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL with a Doctoral Degree in Chiropractic and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. In addition to utilizing a variety of Chiropractic techniques, Dr. Matt also uses manual therapy techniques, particularly Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT), as well as corrective exercise to deliver the best possible care to his patients.

Dr. Matt is excited to be a part of a team which champions a healthy and happy life for its members and the community. His passion lies in helping his patients restore, maintain and optimize human function. He enjoys the detective work involved in truly understanding the root cause of his patient’s issues through proper examination and movement screening. He believes to truly create an optimal picture of health; you must first collect all the pieces.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Matt enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his dog Dexter. He enjoys spending time outdoors: running, hiking, biking, playing disc golf, and sitting around by the fire. He also enjoys a good mental challenge and actively seeks out new strategic board games and escape rooms.
