Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Aaron Howe

Originally from Lakeville, MN, Dr. Aaron Howe was introduced to chiropractic during his years of being a multi-sport athlete at Lakeville Senior High. He originally sought treatment after he had seen what regular chiropractic care had done to help his mother, who has been living with scoliosis and severe asthma since her youth. After only a few visits, Aaron was not only performing at a higher level, but also experiencing less fatigue and increased flexibility.

After graduating high school, Dr. Aaron attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He graduated in the spring of 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement). During his time at UWEC, Aaron’s mother had continued to get regular chiropractic care and was feeling the best she had felt in years. She was breathing significantly better, had noticed improved range of motion throughout her spine and was able to stabilize the scoliosis near her lumbar spine. This made Aaron’s professional decision an easy one.

The next step in his professional journey led Dr. Aaron to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. While attending one of the top chiropractic colleges in the nation, Dr. Howe was also a captain of the school’s men’s ice hockey team, the Northwestern Naturals. During the three and a half year program, Dr. Howe was able to perform at a high level both on and off the ice. He attributes this success to regular chiropractic care, an active lifestyle and significant support from his close friends and family. Dr. Aaron graduated from NWHSU in the fall of 2012 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.

After practicing as an associate for 4+ years, he decided a change was in order and accepted a position at the Lakeville LifeClinic in August of 2017. He looks forward to providing chiropractic care to the individuals and families of Lakeville and surrounding communities. Dr. Aaron is very thankful for this opportunity, and will strive to be the best care provider that he can be. He looks forward to helping numerous individuals restore, maintain and optimize their health.

Clinic Coordinator

Amy Giester

I enjoy being a part of a team that truly puts the patient’s health and wellness first. It’s exciting to see the care these patients receive at the LifeClinic, and how it has positively impacted their lives and continues to help them reach their optimum potential and personal goals. Outside of the clinic I like to go camping, hiking, pushing myself to try new workouts and spending time with my dogs.
