Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Shane MacPhee

Dr. Shane MacPhee grew up in Metro Detroit and obtained his Bachelor of Allied Health Science from Grand Valley State University. He pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic at National University of Health Sciences just outside of Chicago and graduated in 2016.

Dr. MacPhee utilizes a variety of techniques in order to improve health and optimize function. He enjoys treating sports injuries, low back pain, and migraines. He is dedicated to getting  his patients not only feeling better, but performing better.

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Emily Calligan

Dr. Emily Calligan was born and raised near Detroit, Mich. She attended Grand Valley State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Exercise Science with a clinical emphasis. She then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Oakland University.

Dr. Emily enjoys working as a team with the patient to achieve their specific goals. She uses a variety of techniques including manual work, functional massage, Graston technique, kinesiotaping and other Orthopedic Manual Therapy techniques (OMPT). Emily is also certified in Integrative and Neurologic Dry Needling (IDN), beneficial in the treatment of systemic soft tissue pain and dysfunction.

Physical Therapist Assistant 

Jackson Hanks

Jackson Hanks was born and raised in Ypsilanti, Mi. He received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/pre-physical therapy from Adrian College, as well as an associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Macomb Community College.

 His background includes Physical Therapy support, personal training, rehabilitation, and health/fitness testing. Jackson enjoys getting to the root cause of an injury and correcting it in order to promote healing, as well as provide long term relief. He utilizes exercise, manual techniques, Graston, cupping, and mobility bands in his treatments to aid patients in the healing process on the way to improved function.
