Dr. Mike Colich

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Mike Colich graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. He has been serving patients in the St. Louis Park, West End, and Golden Valley area for over four years. Dr. Mike was originally inspired to become a chiropractor because his dad was one and he was fortunate enough to grow up getting regular care. In fact, his first adjustment was when he was only 18 hours old. He enjoys seeing people heal and reach their goals. He also enjoys meeting people and getting to know them on a personal level. He has many friends that he sees and hangs out with outside of LifeClinic, that started as complete strangers to new patients. Dr. Mike has a particular interest in working with patients on their movement. He knows life in general can create a lot of bad movement patterns, along with movements that not many of us are ever shown from a young age. Improper movements such as hip hinges, squats, and to engage scapular stability muscles. As much as IMJT helps people, he has also found that other soft tissue therapies like cupping and graston can be very beneficial for his patients.

He specializes in creating uniquely designed rehabilitative programs that integrate load management and strength training principles to accomplish proper movement performance to build more resilient patients. Dr. Nate combines his innovative exercise prescription with a variety of manual therapy techniques to affect the joint and muscle in order to restore patients’ motion, lead them out of pain, and optimize their health in order to achieve what’s important to them. Outside of his practice, Dr. Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and son, participating in a variety of recreational sports, and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. He is passionate about integrating strength training, nutrition, and regular physical activity into his everyday life.
