Chiropractic Care

LifeClinic of Princeton, NJ will customize a treatment plan to manage your musculoskeletal pain. It may include the following procedures:

Hip Alignment

A tilted pelvis results in uneven hips, with one higher than the other. It is often accompanied by muscle tightness and imbalance. Hip alignment can help resolve these issues through different chiropractic massage techniques.

Full Body Adjustment

We begin our full-body adjustment by first assessing the joints that may need adjustments. Afterward, our chiropractors may apply a thrust to the spine, limbs, or other extremities of your body. Full body adjustment is a holistic treatment that can reduce muscle tension, promote better sleep, and ease your pain.

Spinal Alignment

If you are experiencing chronic headaches, excessive fatigue, and pain in the lower back, neck, knees, and hips, your spine may be misaligned. Undergoing a spinal alignment with our trained chiropractors corrects your vertebral joints with a controlled force.

Back Alignment

Pain can occur in the upper and lower regions of your back. Back alignment can address different pain symptoms such as a burning or stabbing sensation, mobility issues, and a herniated disc.

Tailbone Adjustment

A misaligned coccyx can irritate the nerves and tissues that surround it. A tailbone adjustment decreases the inflammation in the affected area and stretches its ligaments. Your chiropractor may also recommend exercises and stretches that can help relieve the pain.

Apart from chiropractic care, our Princeton, NJ clinic also offers various rehabilitation services. Recover from an injury, operation, or medical condition and get back to doing the things you love. We will help you regain your impaired motor functions.

Accident Injury Rehabilitation

The trauma to the body that an accident brings may cause you to undergo rehabilitation. After the accident, you may experience muscle stiffness, soreness, and difficulty moving some parts of your body. We can address these pain symptoms to help you return to your normal way of life.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Athletes are also prone to encountering an accident during training or an actual game. Different sports-related injuries can happen, but the most common include ankle sprains, hamstring strains, ACL tears, and patellofemoral syndrome. Our sports injury rehabilitation speeds up athletes’ recovery time so they can return to their sport quicker.

Work Injury Rehabilitation

The workplace is an accident-prone location. You may fall down a flight of stairs or slip on wet floors. These can result in sprains and injuries that affect your ability to work and may cause you to be inefficient. Our work injury rehabilitation services can help you get back in a decent amount of time.

Pre- and Post-Operative Care

Patients who are going to take and have undergone surgery have different needs, including physical preparation, emotional stability, and psychological support. Operative care ensures that you are in the best condition possible before undergoing surgery so you can quickly return to this state after.

Conditions We Treat

LifeClinic in Princeton, NJ offers chiropractic care and rehabilitation services in treating your musculoskeletal conditions. Here are some of the many complications that we can address:

This condition affects the sciatic nerve, the largest nerve in the body. It passes through the buttocks and down to the back of the thighs, extending to the heel and sole. Sciatica causes the nerve to be constricted, resulting in pain, numbness, and weakness.

Fibromyalgia is a long-term and widespread condition that affects your bones and muscles. It is usually accompanied by fatigue, moodiness, and can affect your sleep and memory.

Patellofemoral Syndrome

Commonly known as knee pain, this condition results from an injury or a medical illness. People suffering from patellofemoral syndrome often complain of swelling, stiffness, crunching noises, and instability. Moreover, they may be unable to walk or fully straighten their legs.

Neck Pain

Neck pain starts from the neck and can stretch to one or both arms. There are several causes of neck pain, including age, poor posture, arthritis, and muscle inflammation. It may also result from the neck staying too long in awkward and uncomfortable sleeping positions.

Meet the Team

Dr. Logan

Dr. Logan Luzadder

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Logan Luzadder graduated from James Madison University and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from University of Bridgeport College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He has been serving patients in the Princeton, Quaker Bridge, and Mercer County area for over two years. Dr. Logan was inspired to become a chiropractor after going through 2 spinal surgeries by the time he was 20 and thus ending his collegiate rowing career. Not wanting to leave athletics all together, he changed his major to study sports medicine. While he was at JMU, there was a chiropractor who worked closely with their athletics department. Dr. Logan saw how the chiropractor helped the athletes, and he began seeing him himself. For the first time in years, he felt like himself again. His recovery and return to athletics inspired him to pursue chiropractic, with the goal of helping others regain their sense of self, as he had. Dr. Logan enjoys that moment when a patient realizes “my pain is not my identity” and regains their sense of self, regains their independence, and realizes that they can absolutely return to whatever it is they love doing. His particular interest is helping patients return to, and excel, in their sports or athletic endeavors. He enjoys working with rock climbers and swimmers – as these are the primary sports, he participated in. Also, as someone who has had 2 spinal surgeries, he has a unique insight into low back pain and recovery from surgery that many providers lack, simply because he has been through it first-hand. Dr. Logan is certified in TPI – level 1 cuppings and IASTM.
