Chiropractic Care

Our chiropractors in Fortworth, Texas, can help alleviate any musculoskeletal condition that you may have using various methods and techniques, such as the following:

Spine Alignment

As part of the central nervous system, the spine helps the body stay upright and balanced. Falls, physical trauma, repetitive injuries, and improper posture can cause the spine to get misaligned. This complication can lead to more serious health issues, increased stress, interrupted sleep cycles, and chronic fatigue.

Hip Alignment

Our hips are built to support our weight and withstand stress and repetitive movements. However, they can weaken due to constant pressure and aging. Misaligned hips can cause significant discomfort and affect your knees, lower back, and ankles.

Tailbone Adjustment

Numerous nerves surround the tailbone or coccyx. It also stabilizes and supports your posture, especially when sitting or leaning back. However, your tailbone can be sprained just like any other joint in the body. It can get out of alignment when you fall on your buttocks, spraining or straining the ligaments around it.

Rehabilitation

Return to your normal state of life through the various rehabilitation services of LifeClinic of Fort Worth, Texas. We can address acute and severe pain that resulted from an accident or medical condition.

Accident Injury Rehabilitation

Accidents like car collisions are traumatic experiences that can severely affect a person’s quality of life. Apart from PTSD, they are left with physical injuries such as bruises, broken bones, and even loss of limbs. Our accident injury rehabilitation provides various benefits such as regaining strength, improving flexibility, and avoiding long-lasting damage.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Professional athletes and budding sports enthusiasts can undergo our sports injury rehabilitation. We can address various injuries from poor posture, inadequate warm-ups, and improper use of equipment. We highly recommend patients see a doctor immediately to prevent worsening their injury. Moreover, our services can help speed up your recovery to let you get back to training and competitive shape as soon as possible.

Work Injury Rehabilitation

A workplace is a dangerous place to meet accidents if proper precautions are not enforced. Undergoing occupational rehabilitation helps improve your physical injuries, reduces your recovery time, prevents recurrence, and promotes long-term health. Our goal is to let you go back to work as soon as possible and modify your duties to avoid future mishaps in the workplace.

Pre- and Post-operative Care

Our pre- and post-operative rehabilitation services aim to give holistic aid to patients. Preoperative care ensures that they are physically and mentally prepared to go into surgery. We provide patients with the information they need regarding the procedure to ease their anxiety and set their expectations.

On the other hand, post-operative care focuses more on what happens after surgery. Your doctor will do routine check-ups to ensure that you are recovering properly. Moreover, they will make adjustments to your current lifestyle, daily routine, diet, and sleeping habits.

Conditions We Treat

LifeClinic of Fortworth can help you manage your pain and discomfort. We address various complications, such as the following:

Repetitive Stress Disorder

Doing repetitive action causes a gradual buildup of damage and stress. Repetitive stress disorder can cause your muscles, nerves, and ligaments to break down over time. It can be caused by various factors like improper posture and form during workouts, desk tasks like typing, and the like.

Lower Back Pain

Our back is divided into different regions. The area below the ribcage is considered as the lower back. It can experience a dull ache or a stabbing and shooting sensation, depending on the severity of your condition. Moreover, lower back pain makes it challenging to move around and remain upright.

Numbness or Tingling

Our extremities can experience numbness and tingling. These uncomfortable prickling sensations can cause discomfort and disrupt our daily activities. They are often caused by staying in one position for a long time or falling asleep on your arm. However, if there is no apparent cause for the sensation, numbness and tingling can be a symptom of a disease or injury.

Neck Pain & Stiffness

Neck pains can also disrupt one’s everyday routine if not taken care of properly. Looking in different directions can become a chore and discomforting. Instead of twisting your neck alone, you would need to turn your entire body to look in the direction you desire. The pain can also branch out from the neck and down and extend to your shoulders and arms.
