Chiropractic Care

Our chiropractic care services can treat your musculoskeletal conditions through various manual or machine-operated techniques. Our expert chiropractors may use one or a combination of the following methods:

Spine Alignment

A spine alignment procedure is done by applying a controlled thrust in a specific direction to an area in your spine. This force moves the spine more than it would normally do on its own. Patients who undergo this procedure minimize their risk of getting diseases, while also improving their flexibility and overall energy.

Hip Alignment

Hip pains can come from different regions around your hips, such as the groin and thigh. It is commonly caused by inflamed tendons due to acute hip pain or arthritis. A hip alignment procedure realigns your hips to strengthen your muscles and restore flexibility in your hip joints.

Tailbone Adjustment

Falling on your bottom and sitting for long periods can cause pain in the coccyx. Moreover, patients can experience discomfort in their tailbone during pregnancy or childbirth. This small triangular bone located at the base of your spinal column can become inflamed, stiff, or misaligned. Undergoing a tailbone adjustment procedure solves this problem by realigning the coccyx.

Diet & Nutritional Counseling

Chiropractic is based on the premise that the body can naturally heal itself as long as its different systems are functioning correctly. Our chiropractors prescribe a healthy diet that includes adequate nutrition, rest, and exercise to ensure that your body receives its much-needed nutrients.

Holistic & Preventive Care

Our holistic care approach targets different facets of your health, including your physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being. We want to make your overall health better than it ever was so you could enjoy life freely. We also have preventive care services so you can avoid costly medical treatments and recurring injuries in the future. After all, prevention is better than cure.

We also have rehabilitation services at our LifeClinic of King of Prussia location. We can help you manage injuries from a recent accident or operation. We also treat trauma from sports and workplace injuries. Undergo our rehabilitation services and be on the right track to recovery.

Accident Injury Rehabilitation

Meeting an accident and sustaining an injury results in several complications, including chronic pain, reduced flexibility, and headaches. Our accident injury rehabilitation services support your recovery and prevent any long-term complications that may develop, such as degenerative disc disease. Patients can expect an improvement of flexibility, an increase in strength, and a faster recovery period with this procedure.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Sports Injury Rehabilitation is a safe, non-surgical approach that treats sports-related injuries of professional athletes and budding enthusiasts. We manage several complications, including hand injuries, sprains, and shoulder dislocation. Patients are provided personalized, targeted exercises that help improve their mobility restrictions so they can return to their pre-injury form and back to the playing field.

Work Injury Rehabilitation

There are various instances in which you can get injuries while at work, such as falling down a flight of stairs, tripping on a wet floor, bumping into a door, or having heavy equipment dropped on your feet. Our work injury rehabilitation services let you return to work so you can provide for you and your family’s needs.

Pre- and Post-operative Care

Our pre- and post-operative care services will physically and mentally prepare you before and after your surgery. We will provide you with a structured rehabilitation plan to promote full recovery.

Conditions We Treat

Have your pain and discomfort treated by our team of chiropractors. Our King of Prussia clinic offers chiropractic care and rehabilitation services to treat various problems, including the following:

Arthritis is a rheumatic condition that affects not only adults but also children. It causes swelling and tenderness in your joints and affects your range of motion. This condition becomes more prevalent as one grows older.

The sciatic nerve controls your lower limbs like your knees, lower legs, thighs, and the soles of the foot. Sciatica occurs when you experience pain in these areas. Numbness, inflammation, and discomfort are typically felt on one side of the body.

Neck Pain & Stiffness

The neck is composed of bones that start from the skull down to the upper torso. Neck pains can stem to one or both arms. In many cases, neck pains are caused by overuse, poor posture, or improper sleeping position. However, in some instances, it also results from a fall, contact sports, or rapid back-and-forth movement of the neck.
